By accessing or using DeskPanda ("the Service") at deskpanda.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including organizations, team administrators, and individual team members.

You agree to use DeskPanda only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Service to violate any applicable Indian or international law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing their team members' access and ensuring compliance with these Terms within their organization.

DeskPanda offers Free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

DeskPanda and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Urban Web Host Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of DeskPanda is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskPanda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to DeskPanda at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of DeskPanda after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
